The introduction should be about how previous researchers worked on your topic and what they wrote on your topic. The materials and the methods section should include the operations and methods you have incorporated in your research, and preceding scholars had done. The results section should have the binding data of the research.

While your manuscript will have all these sections, turning research paper into a manuscript is all about cutting the edges of the research paper and following the guidelines of the journal, the content should not be sacrificed.
